We strive to deliver quality products. If for any reason your order needs to be returned, please contact us. PLEASE NOTE- MANY OF OUR METAL SIGNS ARE SOLD UNFINISHED/BARE METAL/UNPAINTED. THESE WILL LIKELY RUST IF YOU DO NOT CLEAR COAT OR PAINT THEM. IF YOU WISH TO AVOID RUSTING, PLEASE ASK ABOUT FINISH OPTIONS FOR YOUR ORDER. We will not issue refunds for rust if you have purchased an unfinished/unpainted/bare metal sign.
