We offer UPS and USPS shipping on most custom and pre-made pieces. Please note that shipping costs are determined by size and weight of item being shipped. Please contact us with any shipping concerns or questions
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to deliver quality products. If for any reason your order needs to be returned, please contact us. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders. We will honor returns or exchanges on non-custom designs within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returns due to no fault of the seller. We will ship all exchanges out promptly after receiving the original sign. We will not issue refunds for rust if you have purchased an unfinished/unpainted/bare metal sign.
